DNA Netti broadband
DNA is the internet and cable TV service provider for most Lumo homes. The basic speed of the DNA Netti connection included in the rent is 50 to 100 Mbps depending on the building. Check the availability and activate your apartment’s DNA Netti connection at dna.fi/lumo -page. You can also call DNA Customer Service on 044 144 044 or visit the nearest DNA store.
If you currently use a different internet connection in your home, we recommend using DNA Netti, as it is included in your services.

Elisa broadband
Elisa provides broadband and television services to some Lumo homes. Basic broadband connection 50 Mbit/s is included in the rent. Using the connection requires a property‑specific terminal device.
If you wish, you can also upgrade your Elisa Netti internet connection speed. Please note, that the service is available only for personal customers, not for business customers.
