Wrap up a small gift and leave it in the common areas of the housing company without being noticed, such as in the club room. Mark as a recipient, for example, “A merry Christmas to you – yes, you! From the Christmas elf of the Lumo home".

Whichever neighbour finds the gift will hopefully continue the chain of good cheer and bring their own little gift to the same place.

A Secret Santa game for the housing company was proposed by Paula, a Lumo resident, who was rewarded for her idea with movie tickets.
