Practical studio apartment for rent in Niittykumpu!
This Lumo home has a long wall with a hallway, kitchen and wardrobes. This leaves one of the walls completely free for use, making it easy to decorate the apartment. From the end of the apartment there is access to a glazed balcony overlooking the inner courtyard of the block. The floors are oak laminate and the walls are painted white. The entrance to this home is through a glazed hatchway.
The kitchen has a fresh, light colour. The cabinets are white and the worktops are laminate in concrete imitation. The appliances include a ceramic hob, separate oven, dishwasher and fridge-freezer.

Niittykumpu is a cosy and constantly developing residential area with excellent transport connections, along the metro route and right next to Länsiväylä and Merituulentie motor ways.
There are two metro stations in the Niittykumpu area: the Niittykumpu and Urheilupuisto metro stations. The Länsimetro and numerous bus lines connect Niittykumpu closely to the rest of Espoo and the Helsinki metropolitan area: the services of Matinkylä and Tapiola are only a few minutes away, and the journey to Helsinki city centre takes only twenty minutes.
