Keittiö on raikkaan vaalea. Kaapistot ovat valkoiset, työpöytätaso on betonia jäljittelevää laminaattia ja välitilan sisustuslevy on tyylikkään shampanjan sävyinen. Varustukseen kuuluukin keraaminen liesitaso, erillinen kalusteuuni, astianpesukone sekä jääpakastinkaappi.

Parhaiten kaupunginosa tunnetaan tänä päivänä metroasemastaan, jonne kodistasi kipaiset jalkaisin alle kymmenessä minuutissa. Aivan kotisi takaa kulkee Gräsanojan, joka laskee merelle asti. Matinkylään kattaviin palveluihin on matkaa noin 1,5 kilometriä.

In March 2022, modern Lumo homes were completed in a multi‑building residential block in Espoo’s Niittykumpu district. The location offers smooth travel connections, with quick access by car to both Ring II and Länsiväylä. Niittykumpu metro station is just over half a kilometre away, and the nearby Niitty shopping centre provides a diverse range of shops and services. Niittykumpu also offers excellent recreational opportunities, and the seaside of Haukilahti is only a few kilometres away. Daycare centres and a primary school are conveniently within walking distance.

Niittykumpu
Niittykumpu is a cosy and constantly developing residential area with excellent transport connections, along the metro route and right next to Länsiväylä and Merituulentie motor ways.
There are two metro stations in the Niittykumpu area: the Niittykumpu and Urheilupuisto metro stations. The Länsimetro and numerous bus lines connect Niittykumpu closely to the rest of Espoo and the Helsinki metropolitan area: the services of Matinkylä and Tapiola are only a few minutes away, and the journey to Helsinki city centre takes only twenty minutes.
