Lönnrotinkatu 30 has unique city apartments in a big, strong stone building. The building was first built in 1938 and fixed up in spring 2018. There are 41 new apartments in the renovated office building in the courtyard, and 73 apartments in the older street-side buildings.
The building is very close to the city center. Shops, restaurants, buses, and trams are all nearby.
In the courtyard, there is a safe place to sit, a playground for children, and plants. Residents can use the sauna, club room, laundry room, and drying room. Residents of the older buildings can also use the new building's shared spaces.
The building is non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed in the apartments, on balconies, or in shared spaces. There is a smoking area in the yard.
