Tyylikäs kylpyhuone, jossa seinät ovat pääosin valkoisella laatalla laatoitetut ja lattiassa on harmaa laatoitus. Seinäkiinnitteinen wc-istuin, jonka yläpuolelta löytyy huomaamaton kaappi. Altaan päällä on suuri peili, altaan alla allaskaapit. Suihkunurkkaus lasisen liukuoven takana, samoin tilavaraus ja liitäntä omalle pyykinpesukoneellesi. Toki pyykkien pesu hoituu myös talon maksuttomassa pesutuvassa.
Keittotilan kaapit ovat valkoiset, välitilassa valkoinen välitilalaminaatti ja työtaso on harmaa. Varusteina kaikki arjen tarvittavat laitteet: keraaminen lattialiesi, astianpesukone, jenkkimallinen jääkaappipakastin sekä liesikupu. Asunnon seinät ovat maalatut ja lattiassa on tammensävyinen laminaatti.
Säilytystilaa asunnosta löytyy kylpyhuoneen viereisistä komeroista, joissa hyllykaappi, tankokaappi sekä siivouskomero. Alkovin puolella takaseinällä yläkaapit. Alkoviin mahtuu hienosti 160cm leveä sänky. Lasitettu kompakti parveke suuntaa kohti korttelin sisäpihaa.

The building is in a great location, right next to Kontula metro station. In the middle of the block there is a nice yard with places to sit and play. The building also has shared yard buildings and a parking hall.
Kontula shopping center and many other services are just across the street. A school and a kindergarten are very close. There are good transport connections in many directions. A nearby forest is within walking distance.
In the building there is a club room, laundry room, drying rooms, storage rooms for personal items, storage for outdoor equipment, and other storage spaces.
