Kontula shopping center and many other services are just across the street. A school and a kindergarten are very close. There are good transport connections in many directions. A nearby forest is within walking distance.
For residents, there are good storage spaces, a club room, free laundry room, and drying rooms. Parking spaces (20 total) are in the underground parking hall and can be rented separately.
