In April 2022, 77 new modern homes were built in Kontula, in the yard area of existing houses. Keinutie 9 d is an eight-floor building with an elevator. The building has storage rooms, a laundry room, a drying room, and a club room for residents.
The building is in a green and quiet location, at the end of the street. Kontula metro station and Kontula shopping center with many services are a short walk away. A primary school and nice outdoor areas are very close. There are many sports possibilities nearby, such as Kurkimäki and Kivikko sports parks, a frisbee golf course, a dog park, a ski hall, and more.
