These buildings are made with red and white brick. There are apartment buildings and row houses. Row house apartments have their own backyards. Apartment building apartments have balconies. Kitchens and bathrooms were renovated in 2010.
The buildings are in a quiet, green area, about 1 km from Malmi train station. The area has many small houses and fields nearby, but all services are within walking distance.
In the yard, there is a nice, big, and varied playground for children. Residents can use the free laundry room, several drying rooms, and a club room. The housing committee is active.

Known for its proximity to nature, Malmi is located in the north-east of Helsinki with good rail links. Malmi is a growing suburb that offers a wide range of services.
