A rent compensation of 5% of the monthly rent will be applied for the period during which the balcony is unavailable. Residents will be informed as inspections and any necessary repairs progress, and once the balconies can be safely used again. This green area has small apartment buildings surrounded by nature. Next to the houses, there is a field where you can have a small garden. The street ends here, so it is quiet.
