Alueella on upeat ulkoilumahdollisuudet luontoa ja merta rakastavalle. Linnavuorella pääset aistimaan historian havinaa ja Vartiokylänlahti tarjoaa upeat lenkkeilymahdollisuudet ympäri vuoden. Tankomäenkatu 7 is in the Tankovainio area, part of Mellunmäki in Helsinki. The building is a four-floor apartment house, built in 2017.
Tankovainio is a new city area, developed in the 2010s and 2020s. It is a place where history, culture, and green meadows come together. The area is good for people who want to live close to the city but also like peace and nature. Nearby you can find Fallbacka garden plots and a green park that connects to the Mustavuori nature reserve.

The metro station is about 2 km away, giving quick access to the city center. The nearest bus stop is only a few minute walk away. For car users, highway 170 is very close.
