A rent compensation of 5% of the monthly rent will be applied for the period during which the balcony is unavailable. This Lumo building is in a quiet and green area called Pajamäki. There are very nice outdoor areas with forest paths. Near the building are Talin allotment gardens and many sports options, like bowling and golf. It is also easy to go by bus or train to Helsinki city center.
