This Lumo building was finished in 2013. It is for people who like good city living but also quiet nature. The location is very good. Shops and services are nearby, and the building has good transport connections. Tripla shopping center and Pasila train station are within walking distance. The backyard opens to Central Park, which has many outdoor activities.
Residents can use a laundry room, drying rooms, a club room, and a bicycle storage. The shared yard is quiet and nice.
You can go directly from the building to the underground parking hall, where there are parking spaces for residents.
