The metro and buses are very close, and you can reach Espoo and shopping centers easily. There is a K-market across the street and an S-market just a few hundred meters away. There is also a dog park nearby. Rastila beach is very close, so in summer you can walk there quickly. The area also has nice paths for walking and nature.
The building has a big roof terrace with a sauna. On the top floor, there is a Lumo lounge, a shared room for relaxing or working. On the first floor, there is a free laundry room and drying room. There are 23 parking spaces in the nearby parking lot. Residents can also use a shared car.

Rastila
Rastila is a fast-growing neighbourhood in Vuosaari, East Helsinki, right by the metro line. Rastila is filling up with apartment buildings and in the next couple of years it will become a modern area of urban living.
Rastila is close to nature and the metro provides excellent connections to the city centre. At the same time, cross traffic goes through Malmi all the way to Myyrmäki.
