This seven-floor house with an elevator was built in 1941 and fully renovated in 2015, while keeping the protected outside look. It is in central Taka-Töölö, at the corner of Mannerheimintie and Nordenskiöldinkatu.
Services and transport are only a few hundred meters from your door. In just a couple of minutes, you can walk to the nearest bus or tram stop. A pharmacy and grocery store are also right next to you. For sports, Töölö Sports Hall and sports park are within walking distance.
Residents can use the sauna, free laundry room, drying room, storage for bikes and outdoor gear, and a small, cozy courtyard.
