This house is in a quiet and nice area called Tapaninvainio. It is a two-story wooden building. The kitchens and bathrooms were renovated in 2011. Some apartments have their own yard. Upstairs apartments have small balconies or French balconies near the entrance.
The area is green, and there are many good places for walking. The nearest shop is about 500 meters away. Tammisto shopping area is about 2 km from the house. By bus, you can go to Malmi in 15 minutes.
The yard has a small gazebo with a grill and a playground for children. Residents can use a big club room and a free laundry room. The building has an active resident committee.
