Unique city homes in a great location
In February 2018, new high-quality rental apartments were completed on Töölönkatu, close to the center of Helsinki. This is a historic stone building, and every home here is one of a kind.
The house was designed by architect Karl Lindahl and built in stages between 1925 and 1938. Originally, it was used as the printing house and office of Weilin+Göös. Later, some parts were changed into apartments. The 1st and 6th floors already had private owner apartments, and now the rest of the building has also been changed into homes.
The area has many nice cafés and restaurants. There are also schools and daycare centers nearby. It is less than 2 km to Helsinki Central Railway Station and the city center, and only about 1 km to the Hietaniemi beach. The nearest bus and tram stops on Mannerheimintie are only 150 meters away.

Töölö is easy to reach by foot or public transport, as several bus and tram lines run through Töölö.
You can walk from Etu-Töölö to the Kampi centre in just a few minutes, and several bus and tram lines run through Taka-Töölö, connecting the area to the city centre.
