A grocery store is right next door. Buses go easily to Vuosaari and Kontula metro stations. Aurinkolahti beach is about 3 km away. In this area, you find the sea, rocky forests, and many outdoor routes close to the water. From East Helsinki, you can also cycle on great bike paths toward the countryside in Sipoo.
The house has two saunas for residents to use – one on the ground floor, and one on the top floor with a nice balcony for cooling down. There are also club rooms next to the saunas.
