In spring 2020, 63 Lumo rental homes were completed in the new Hangonsilta residential area, right next to the center of Hyvinkää. The building has an elevator and is partly built with access balconies, with six to eight floors in total. The solid and modern building is connected via a shared canopy to a neighboring right of occupancy building, and the properties share a pleasant inner courtyard with plantings. The range of apartments is versatile, from studios with a kitchenette to three bedroom homes with a kitchenette.
The ground floor features shared sauna facilities for residents as well as apartment specific storage units. There are separate storage rooms for bicycles and strollers. The courtyard offers 15 open parking spaces and 11 covered parking spaces, three of which are equipped with readiness for electric vehicle charging. This is worth noting when renting a parking space if you own an electric or hybrid car. Please note that the building and the entire yard area are completely smoke free.
