This four storey apartment building was renovated both inside and out when a comprehensive refurbishment was completed at the turn of 2016–2017. The best features of the original homes have been preserved: key elements of 1960s design include spacious living rooms and bedrooms as well as large windows that allow plenty of natural light into the living areas. The kitchens are sensibly sized and well equipped with dishwashers, ceramic floor standing cookers and fridge freezers. Surface materials are light and airy in both the kitchens and bathrooms, complemented by dark gray accent details. Countertops and floors are finished in gray toned oak laminate. The walls are mostly white, with a warm beige accent wall in each apartment’s living room and bedroom. Every apartment has a glazed balcony.

As part of the renovation, the three room apartments were fitted with private saunas in place of the former walk in closets. Residents can use the laundry and drying rooms located at Soramäenkatu 4. The courtyard provides one parking space with an engine block heater for each apartment.
