The six-storey Lumo building, completed in 2011, has a total of 76 apartments ranging in size from 27 to 62.5 m2, some with French balconies and some with glazed balconies.
The kitchens are equipped with a fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. The bathrooms are tiled.
The apartments have their own storage rooms located on the first floor of the building, as well as sauna facilities. There are 55 parking spaces in the garage and additional parking spaces in the yard. There is storage for 2 bicycles. Just around the corner there is a large grocery store and other small shops.
