Maksutta käytössä on myös Hämälänsaarenkatu 7 oleva pesutupa. Talo on valmistunut vuonna 1949, parvekkeet on uusittu vuonna 2013, kiinteistö on muilta osin saneerattu lähes kokonaan vuonna 2001.
