All balconies in the property are currently out of use. The restriction is valid as a precaution to ensure residents’ safety. It is based on a warning issued by the Finnish Safety Investigation Authority regarding the use of fibre cement panels in balcony railings. A rent compensation of 5% of the monthly rent will be applied for the period during which the balcony is unavailable. Residents will be informed as inspections and any necessary repairs progress, and once the balconies can be safely used again. This property is located in a quiet area with very little through traffic.

A bus stop and grocery store are about 200 meters from the building. A daycare center is only 50 meters away, and the nearest school is approximately 300 meters away.

The building has five floors. The elevators were renewed in 2017, and the laundry room was renovated in the same year. The facade, windows, and balcony doors were renewed in 2003.

Residents can use several shared facilities free of charge, including a laundry room, drying room, and club room located in Building B.

The building also has a sauna area located in Buildings A and B, which was renovated in 2017.

Parking spaces are located in an underground parking facility known as Hervannan eteläinen luola. Vehicle access to the parking garage is via Insinöörinkatu 78.
