Talo sijaitsee noin 50 metrin päässä bussipysäkiltä, päiväkotiin, kouluihin ja Duon ostoskeskukseen on kävelymatka. Talossa on yhteisinä tiloina maksutta asukkaiden käytössä oleva pesutupa kuivaushuoneineen, mankeli, pihakatos. Talossa on myös talosauna. Talo ei ole esteetön, hissi lähtee 1. asuinkerroksesta, aluksi noustavan yhdet rappuset. Talon parvekkeen ovet ja ikkunat on uusittu vuonna 2007, hissit modernisoitu 2006 sekä julkisivukorjaus tehty 2001. Talon pihassa on 24rentin yhteiskäyttöpakettiauto.
