All balconies in the property are currently out of use. The restriction is valid as a precaution to ensure residents’ safety. It is based on a warning issued by the Finnish Safety Investigation Authority regarding the use of fibre cement panels in balcony railings. A rent compensation of 5% of the monthly rent will be applied for the period during which the balcony is unavailable. Residents will be informed as inspections and any necessary repairs progress, and once the balconies can be safely used again. This property consists of two apartment buildings, both equipped with elevators. All apartments have a balcony.

Residents have access to several shared facilities free of charge, including a laundry room located in entrance C, a mangle room, and drying rooms in both buildings. A shared club room is located on the ground floor between entrances B and C. Both buildings also have their own sauna facilities for residents.

Major renovation projects have included an elevator modernization in 2017 and the renovation of the sauna area in the D–E building in 2017.

Most parking spaces are located in the underground parking facility known as the Hervannan eteläinen luola. Vehicle access to and from the parking garage is via Insinöörinkatu 78.
