Rientolankatu 5 is the newer apartment building shown in the pictures. It is a senior housing property, and applicants must be at least 55 years old. The building is privately financed, so applicants do not need to provide income information, asset statements, or other financial documents.
Residents have access to a free club room and a drying room located in the basement. The building also has a shared sauna. The domestic water pipes were renewed in 2023. A free laundry room for residents is available in the neighboring building at Peltovainionkatu 4, entrance C, and some storage units are located in Rientolankatu 7.
All apartments have a balcony, and the building has an elevator.
Rientolankatu 7
Residents of Rientolankatu 7 have access to shared facilities including a club room, a sauna, and storage areas. A free laundry room is available in the neighboring building at Peltovainionkatu 4, entrance C.
