These new Lumo homes were completed in March 2023 at Haltiantie 14 in Louhela. The 62 apartments are located on 8 floors. The apartments include singles as well as two-room apartments and three-room apartments. All homes have their own storage space conveniently inside the apartment, so there are no separate storages in the cellar.

Residents also have access to shared use of the sauna and drying room. A total of 23 parking spaces can be reserved in the parking facility being built next to the property. The environment is beautifully green and there are two courtyards in the grounds of the housing company.

Haltiantie is located near Louhela, Myyrmäki and Martinlaakso, at the foot of the Jokiuoma park area. Among other things, the park area is home to a neighbourhood sports site, a dog park and a mini golf course. In winter, there is a maintained cross-country skiing track in the park. On the Myyrmäki side, you can also find excellent jogging paths, as well as a sports park and an indoor skating rink.  The residential area is ideal for residents, pet owners and families with children who value tranquility.  The area is particularly popular among families with children, as Finnish and Swedish-speaking daycares, a primary school, an upper secondary school and a vocational school are located nearby.

Everyday grocery runs can be done at Louhela's own shopping centre, and more comprehensive services can also be found within walking distance of Myyrmanni. The wide selection of parks gives you the opportunity to go outdoors and enjoy the natural surroundings. Louhela train station provides easy access to the airport and the centre of Helsinki.
