Lintukallionrinne 1 was built in 1972 and renovated in 2003. The kitchens and bathrooms were updated then. It is in Martinlaakso and has two buildings. Staircases A–C are in a three-floor building without an elevator. Staircases D–F are in a six-floor building with an elevator.
There are 74 apartments, from studios to four-room homes. The apartments have spacious layouts. The building is on a hill, so the top floors have great views to the south.
Residents can use two saunas and a free laundry room with drying rooms. There are also many parking spaces for cars.
