Simonkylä is a quiet and green district in Vantaa, north of Tikkurila. The area consists of Simonmetsä, Simonkallio, Simonsilta and Malminniitty, with the some small residential areas in between.

Simonkylä has good transport connections: the Leinelä railway station, which is part of the Kehärata railway line, is close by and there you can take a commuter train to Helsinki city centre, for example, in about half an hour. There is also a convenient bus service to nearby areas and train stations, and the journey to Tikkurila, for example, takes about ten minutes.

In addition, Tikkurila's wide range of services and specialised shops are easily accessible by car or public transport. Thanks to its good location, peaceful atmosphere and good recreational opportunities, the green Simonkylä is particularly popular with families with children.
