We will contact you to arrange a visit to the apartment. If you organise an apartment visit within three business days, we will offer you a satisfaction guarantee. This means that if the apartment is not what you were looking for, you will immediately get a full refund with no fees applied.

If you didn’t find your future home in the exact residential area of your dreams from the Lumo webstore on your first search, you can set a Lumo search alert. In the search alert, you can define what kind of apartment you are looking for in addition to the apartment’s size, location and if you need a parking spot, among other things. You will receive an email alert of all new apartments matching your search criteria that will become available soon.

After concluding your tenancy agreement, you will become a Lumo tenant. This means you will be offered various affordable services to make the move easier.

Moving service. The partners of Lumo can even handle the entire move quickly and professionally on your behalf. Remember that, if you are moving from one Lumo home to another and you have lived in your Lumo home for three consecutive years, we will lend you boxes to pack your things in, free of charge.
